As such, you, the parent and your child agree that the Kalyani Pardeshi of Kalyanispeaks is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by her. Parents and children understand that this masterclass is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease. Parents and children understand that this masterclass is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified health professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters. If your child/children is/are currently under care of a mental health professional, Kalyani Pardeshi will recommend that the parent inform the mental health care provider. Your child/children agrees/agree to communicate honestly and be open to feedback and assistance. This is the entire agreement of the parties and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations. As Parent and/or Guardian of the children, I hereby accept the terms and conditions of this liability waiver.
