As grown ups, we think we are done dealing with bullies and for the most part, we are. However, often, there is a bully that still wrecks havoc in our lives - our own inner bully. This inner bully makes us believe we are not good enough and hence we are on a mission to prove our worth and value in many different ways. Or we might feel that no one supports us hence we have to do it all alone.
Unbullied course for corporates
Ever wonder why you still feel burned out? Despite having taken that vacation, the spa day, attending the retreat? This is the result of the inner bully that exists within you. Unbullied, The Course For Corporates is designed to identify the types of inner bullies that exist within us, where they came from and how to combat them.
We will cover many areas including:
The main types of inner critics/bullies and root causes/sources thereof
Invisible scripts of the inner critic/bully and how they are triggered
The Band-Aid solution
The antibiotic plus the Band-Aid solution: NAT questioning, disputing/challenging beliefs, the vicious flower, EFT.
This course is presented over three days, an hour on each day. A minimum of 10 attendees are required in order to be eligible to register for this course.
